Notes: *Compliance inspection will take place and fees could be assessed at that time. *Facility does not have any test strips for the 3-bay sink. Replace. *Facility has added a Botrista Machine to its menu. The machine mixes and serves various drink items including different flavors of lassi. This machine is NSF rated, but was not approved by department before installation. Always contact the Department before any installation of new equipment. This machine is out of service right now. The cleaning well of this machine contains heavy growth of pink and black mold - clean and sanitize before next use.
